In late September 2009 Hip Hop Tools sold me what no other store in the entire Toronto area could get in stock: the Akai APC40. The owner of HHT, Aaron, was a person with whom it was a pleasure to do business. Aaron knew that I had been trying to get my hands on an APC40 for months and, so, he guaranteed me that I'd be the first person he sold one of the controllers to once they arrived in store. I got a call from Aaron the day the controllers shipped to the store and by the following afternoon the APC40 was sitting on the desk in my room. I even got a bit of a deal on the price as HHT agreed to price match a quote I had gotten from another store even though the quote came from a store that didn't have the unit in stock. I highly recommend buying from HHT as my experience with purchasing the APC40 was smooth and professional.
