Advice for Aspiring Hip Hop Artists

Friday, February 6, 2009 | Printer Friendly Printer Friendly

In this video Ethan Holben gives advice to aspiring hip hop artists on working as hard as you can to establish yourself by playing shows, building a following, and utilizing your own resources. He states that many well-known artists have handled their own business affairs and promoted themselves successfully without a label. Examples of such artists says Holben are Mike Jones and Chamillionaire.

Ethan Holben is Vice President of Fat Beats Records.
