I purchased all of the sample CD's from Hip Hop Tools back in 2005. I'm still using them today!!!!
I compose in many Genres (Hip Hop, R&B , Smooth Jazz) and these samples fit nicely in all mixes.
I own an MPC 4000 and a NI Maschine and I use these samples in both without any issues.
Please make more samples.
I highly recommend these sample libraries to all Music Producers.

If you're looking to buy a music production center from a place you won't regret, you can knock at hiphoptools' door! I did not like the first Akai MPC 1000 I had purchased and the president automatically responded with professionalism and came back with a solution. The next day, I got a confirmation that a new one would be shipped to me! I could not believe it. This was great customer service! I recommend it for all the serious buyers.

I bought the APC40 after weeks of looking for the right vendor (and waiting for my money to be available.) HipHopTools.com ended up being perfect. Not only is it in Toronto, but the owner is extremely helpful. The free sample packs that come with most of the gear here is a great bonus as well. Lots of high quality samples. I will definitely buy here again (MPC 500 is probably next for me.)
