I was so pleased with the efficiency on delivery when receiving my Akai MPC1000 Pro Package. The customer service was also stellar when Akai did not receive my mailing on the free EXM128 memory upgrade. HipHopTools took care of this sending me out the memory upgrade through their own expense. I will definitely use HipHopTools.com again in the future when purchasing further gear for my studio.
